Sixty four percent is from the original Sauvignon Blanc vineyard planted in 1959, twenty three percent from our rare clone 376, and thirteen percent from our 35-year-old hillside vineyard. Our winemaking method is stainless tank fermented at a cool temperature to preserve its intense varietal character and firm acidity. Classic aromas of passion fruit, fresh citrus, and light grass aromas with rich full flavor balanced by lingering finish uncommon for this variety. $40
